Canceling an Order:
- Please note, if you wish you cancel an order that has not yet shipped please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will attempt to catch your order and cancel it before it ships. However we do NOT guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request due to the rapid nature of our same-day-shipping model. In cases in which a written request was received by us prior to the package being picked up by the shipping carrier, and we did not catch it we will cover return shipping and refund your order minus the S&H fees paid as once they're with the carrier we cannot recoup the cost or cancel the shipment with them.
Returning unused items:
- IF YOU'VE CHANGED YOUR MIND, DON'T WORRY. ALL UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
- NO RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED; REFUND IS ISSUED AS A STORE CREDIT
- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED. REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED ON ALL UNOPENED PRODUCTS (EXCLUDING E-LIQUID) ONCE RETURNED. REFUND WILL BE FOR PRODUCT PRICE ONLY, S&H FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
Returning Defective Items:
- ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL REFUND / REPLACEMENT REQUESTS. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR PRODUCTS IS 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND. ITEMS WITH A LONGER WARRANTY PERIOD WILL BE INDICATED AS SUCH ON THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PAGE.
- DOA RETURNS (ITEM DEFECTIVE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RECEIPT):
- ROCK BOTTOM VAPES WILL SUPPLY A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM.
- IF THE ITEM IS DEEMED TO BE A VALID WARRANTY CLAIM (MANUFACTURER DEFECT), A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SENT AT THE EXPENSE OF ROCK BOTTOM VAPES.
- IF THE DEVICE IS NOT DEEMED TO BE A VALID WARRANTY CLAIM (FUNCTIONS PER SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, MODIFICATION, ETC) THE DEVICE WILL BE RETURNED.
- STANDARD WARRANTY RETURNS (ITEM DEFECTIVE 4+ DAYS AFTER RECEIPT)
- RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE
- IF THE ITEM IS DEEMED TO BE A VALID WARRANTY CLAIM (MANUFACTURER DEFECT), A REPLACEMENT WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE EXPENSE OF ROCK BOTTOM VAPES. THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A COUPON FOR FREE SHIPPING ON THEIR NEXT ORDER.
- IF THE DEVICE IS NOT DEEMED TO BE A VALID WARRANTY CLAIM (FUNCTIONS PER SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DAMAGE, MODIFICATION, ETC) IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
- EXCHANGES/REFUNDS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGINAL ITEM IS RETURNED TO ROCK BOTTOM VAPES AND EVALUATED.
PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT. Products that are functional, not sold by Rock Bottom Vapes, or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
CPS Extended Warranty
Rock Bottom Vapes has partnered with Consumer Priority Service to offer extended warranties for most of our products! Simply add the extended warranty on the applicable item right next to where you would add the item to cart! CPS warranties provide additional coverage beyond our 30-day warranty window and also cover accidental damage. Please note: Extended Warranties are not issued or managed by Rock Bottom Vapes, but are provided as a service to our customers via CPS. For full program details please click HERE.
Please inspect all orders WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS OF RECEIPT. Any incorrect or missing items will be shipped within one (1) business day of your notification. For incorrectly shipped items, Rock Bottom Vapes will supply a prepaid return label. Once that label shows as being received by the USPS your correct item will be cross-shipped.
Due to personal preferences, and to ensure the safety of our customers ALL E-LIQUID SALES ARE FINAL.
Replacement Coil / Atomizer Head Policy
We realize it's unreasonable for you to be able to test all replacement heads upon receipt. As such, DOA coil replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis by RBV staff. Please contact customer support via phone (407-459-7751) or email (email@example.com) if you experience a problem.
While we make every effort to validate the supplied address at the time of order we can not guarantee 100% success. If the shipping address is indicated as invalid, we will contact the customer prior to shipment. If no response is received within 1 business day the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Any packages that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 5 business days and then refunded, minus original S&H fees. This includes orders that were returned due to an invalid address, refused packages, packages that were not picked up, etc. The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.
How do I return an item?
- Log into your store, then go to My Account.
- Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
- Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action optional
- Comments optional
- Click Submit Return Request.
