In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is offered to all customers with shipping zip codes within a 30 mile radius of our Longwood, FL store. Local pickup is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30AM-5PM and Saturday 12PM-5PM. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday. 

When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email indicating the status of your order has changed to 'Awaiting Pickup'. Orders will be held for 5 business days, after which they will be cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Information (Updated Aug 31, 2021)

Due to an update from the USPS, issued on April 19th at 4:45PM ET we are resuming deliveries to certain states.  Specifically, we've resumed shipping all products to AL, AZ, FL, HI, ID, IN, IA, MI, MO, MS, MT, NE, ND, OK, PR, RI, SC, SD, TN, and TX.  We've also resumed shipping of HARDWARE ONLY to: DE, GA, KS, LA, MD, NH, NC, OH, VA, WA, WV, WI.  Please note if your order to one of the "HARDWARE ONLY" states includes e-liquid it will be cancelled.  This resumption of shipping is a temporary measure.  The USPS was supposed to release updated Guidance by April 27th but they have yet to do so.   In order to comply with PACT requirements, all packages must be shipped via Priority Mail, with an Adult Signature upon delivery.  If your package is returned due to lack of signature your S&H fee will NOT be refunded.

Due to the PACT Act, which was passed into law on December 27th, 2020 we are currently unable to ship any vaping products to retail customers not listed above

Also note, the following States will continue to be banned per state law restricting mail-order vaping:   AR, ME, NY, SD, UT, VT
